They treat such support as either inconsequential or as a threat, which translates over to you and your system. We firmly believe that anything you do or whomever you utilize to be successful is an indication of your commitment. Any auditor, Registrar, or Audit Provider that can appreciate this should be supportive and welcome it.

- Most organizations see you not as a client, but as an audit contract. Once the contract is signed you are now an account number to them. We take an opposite position.
