When QS-9000 was replaced with
TS16949 on December 14, 2006, many QS registered companies found that
they did not meet the requirements to move to up to the new standard.
Since QS had worked effectively for them for many years, and with all
the time and work invested, there were companies that decided to
continue to retain their QS system and not drop there system.
Today there are many TS companies
that have regretted not remaining with their QS system.
Our auditors continue to perform
audits to the QS standard, for companies that request it. Though a
company cannot be registered to QS, it can still be audited and be
listed as compliant. Why throw out a system that has worked many years
